Grass Fed Grain Finished is a much faster process that actually enriches the texture & taste of the beef. For most of the life of the cattle it eats grass in wide open pastures. For the last 3 to 6 months the cattle is slowly transitioned to add more grains to its diet. This helps to fatten up the beef & adds that marble texture and incredible flavor to the beef.

Grass Fed Grass Finished is a much longer process because the cattle is eating grass the entire time. The beef is much leaner & has a more "gamey" taste to it. It lacks the extra fat content that really gives beef that incredible flavor.

No we are not and we never will.

No we do not use hormones to fatten our cattle and do not inject them with hormones.

Because our cattle are free to roam the fields and are not in feed lots we rarely have sick cattle. On the rare occasion when it absolutely calls for it we may give a cow antibiotics to help it along, but it is not something we lean on or give our cattle on a regular basis.

This is not like ordering from Amazon where you place the order & it gets immediately processed. Because we have to wait for live stock to be ready that could be a few weeks out, or even a month or two. We try to keep you updated on the processing timeline for your order, but this does take time. Keep on the lookout for emails from us & we'll be calling you to finalize your order before shipping.

Our beef is processed and frozen solid before shipping. We then pack it in an insulated box, packed with dry ice and we ship on a Monday so that it arrives within a day of shipping. Our packing process will keep beef frozen for up to 3 days or more.

We do not ship your order with out consulting with you first so that we ensure there will be someone at the home to receive it & place it in a freezer when it arrives. If you order now, and go on vacation, we'll ship it when you get back.
